Josie was super attentive, and although she is a newish bartender, made drinks that were phenomenal! The food is out of this world. The burger is juicy and super flavorful and the truffle fries are just the right amount of salty. I can’t wait to enjoy the rest of the menu. “ Food was great! Service was friendly and timely, can tell some are in training but trying very hard. Hats off to the cook. My lobster tails were the best ever. Not dry at all. Could have eaten without the drawn butter. Also ordered the 14oz ribeye, (they do not have A1) with crab cake it was one of best ever. The appetizer we chose was stuffed olives. Very good bread! It is fancy. ”
“ When I called to make reservations the host was very accommodating for our party of eight. The restaurant is not very large. They have a nice selection of wine and signature cocktails. We had a variety of appetizers, salads and soups, all were good. Everyone had steak of some variety, no complaints. We had all looked over the menu before arriving, so we were prepared for the check total. Yes it is a bit pricey , it is also an upscale restaurant. ”

“ I said the staff here was remarkable and the food was everything beyond what I thought it was going to be. I would definitely recommend this place. I went for a special occasion to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and they did not disappoint. Ms. Val was out waitress and dotted every I and crossed every T. They have new chefs and a new menu and cosign both .... Check them out and you will not be disappointed!!!! ”
“ So good! We came very late on a Friday night and the place was empty. But for us, that was great! Very chill and low noise atmosphere! Valerie was our waitress and she was so sweet! The service was excellent and the food was amazing! We shared a pretzel and then both had the Wissota burger and both were delicious! We got a half slice of chocolate cake to go, but that half slice was still huge! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Cullman. ”
“ We had an awesome dinner at the Wissota Chophouse, our first visit, and were thoroughly pleased with the food and service. Everything was top-notch, particularly the steak and lobster entrees. The fried goat cheese appetizer with raspberry sauce and the truffle fries with blue cheese and bacon were outstanding. The desserts are excellent and the coffee is particularly good. We recommend them highly and look forward to going back! ”
